Consultants who apply to be listed on Velki Digital agree to the following:

• All information submitted — including name, credentials, certifications, and professional experience — must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You must be legally authorised to offer the services you advertise.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with clients and for delivering services as agreed.
• You must not use your listing to advertise, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity.
• You grant Velki Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your submitted information (name, title, specialisations, contact method) publicly on our platform.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine it violates these Terms or our platform standards.

Clients using our directory to find and contact consultants agree that:

• They are responsible for independently verifying any consultant’s credentials, qualifications, and suitability for their project before engaging them.
• Any contract, payment, or service agreement is made directly with the consultant — not with Velki Digital.
• Velki Digital is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a client-consultant engagement.
• They will not misuse consultant contact information for spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial communications.

Users of our website must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application.
• Impersonate another person, company, or consultant.
• Use the site to advertise or facilitate any illegal activity, including gambling, fraud, or money laundering.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platform using automated tools.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the website.

• The quality or outcome of services provided by listed consultants.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.

Your use of the directory and engagement with any consultant is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velki Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or any consultant engagement made through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
